Nexustally is provided “as is”. It applies a table of state economic nexus thresholds, compiled from public sources as of August 1, 2026, to the order records you provide. It is not tax advice and doesn't register you, calculate tax or file anything. Thresholds change and physical presence also creates nexus. You remain responsible for your records, for checking every result with the state or your adviser, and for your registrations and returns. Nexustally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any state, Shopify, Amazon or any marketplace.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check order files of any size and see counts and a limited number of full state rows, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Nexustally can't read your orders file or applies a state's rule incorrectly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, Excel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. TaxJar and Avalara are mentioned only for comparison. Nexustally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
